Partners In Employment Outreach
Partners In Employment Outreach (PIE) is an employment agency that provides enhanced employment services to people with learning and intellectual disabilities in Kings County. We provide these enhanced employment services to job candidates and employers to ensure that all qualified individuals have the same opportunities for employment and advancement.

Services for Job Candidates:
Services for job candidates include:
- assessment
- employment counselling
- career exploration and decision making
- referrals to training and other services in the community
- referrals to jobs and job search support
- job placement
- initial on-the-job orientation, training and support (with assistance from CES)
- employment maintenance

Services for Employers:
PIE also works with employers to fill their employment needs - ranging from casual to part-time and full-time jobs. Services for employers include:
- providing information about employment equity and wage subsidy opportunities
- applicant screening
- new employee initial orientation
- new employee job-specific training
- new employee job-safety training
- on-going employee follow-up support
