We do not add any preservatives to our products! Bread from scratch! Baker's Choice bread is a home-style product. Our delicious bread is not made from frozen dough. Our most popular bread product is our traditional, double loaf of white bread. We also make made-to-order sandwich buns of all types and sizes! A variety of dinner rolls are made fresh daily! Commercial and institutional customers make up the majority of our clientele. Let our Head Baker work with you to make a product that meets your unique needs. For a special event, your daily bread needs at home, or to stock your facility's kitchen give us a call. We can handle any order, large or small.
