Partners In Employment Outreach (PIE):

is a project of Flowercart, funded by Service Canada.

serves job candidates and employers in Kings County, Nova Scotia.

wishes to ensure that all qualified individuals have the same opportunities for employment and advancement.

provides adults who have a disability with employment-related services such as: assessment, employment-related counselling, career decision-making, referrals to agencies and training, job search, job placement, and follow-up
to ensure the successful placement of the new employee into your company.

assists employers with job placement, training and support services such as: information on employment equity and possible funding sources, on-site task analysis, pre-screened applicants, on-the-job training and follow-up support.

has successfully partnered with over 100 businesses throughout Kings County for over 30 years!
