Flowercart is not 100% funded by government. It is responsible for raising a significant proportion of operating revenue.
During the 2008-2009 fiscal year Flowercart raised over 44% of its approximately $2.5 million operating revenue. Less than 1% of Flowercart revenue is derived from fundraising and donations.
